Blogging Medieval Style

Sending an email today, to make sure they knew who i was I signed it “Leigh of http://lemontartlet.wordpress.com/ ”. Done this a lot, like many of you out there but all of a sudden today I realized it sounded an awfull lot like an archaic signature! Robin of Loxley, Charles of Essex… Isn’t it funny that we’re getting back to that instead of using last names? They didn’t used to need the and now we don’t use them because we’re careful, but the results are the same. Love it!
