Ahem… heh… there was supposed to be a Cupcake Hero entry, but it failed. Badly. More than once. It was delicious, but it looked terrible and wouldn’t hold up, so they were devoured by a happy D. That’s ok, gonna try again this month!

I luuuuv lemon cream cheese frosting. Its absolutely the best. I agree with TW, you can obvious bake cupcakes lady!!

Compete with… bwahahahaha! My poor baked goods will never manage to compete with anybody’s. unless the competition os for world’s ugliest cake. D is crazy about the carrot cupcakes, and these are even… *squeak*… relatively healthy! The recipe comes from The Food You Crave by Ellie Krieger, and it’s so good they’ve on the place of standard carrot cupcake. (This requires the cupcakes to duke it out in a specially floured boxing ring)
